The Public Sector Compensation Transparency Act requires the NRCB to disclose all remuneration, including severance and pension contributions, for board members and those whose earnings are more than the $125,000 compensation threshold. This threshold is based on Box 14 on the employee's T4 slip and includes taxable benefits. The information will remain on this site for five (5) years from the date it is initially required to be disclosed.
- Compensation includes taxable income and taxable benefits.
- Other includes non-taxable benefits, including the employer's share of pension, health benefits, and statutory benefit contributions.
- Severance includes payments required by contract when employment ends, including retiring allowances and payments in-lieu of notice.
The Public Sector Compensation Transparency Act requires the public disclosure of any compensation (board honoraria) paid to each Board Member for every calendar year starting with 2015.
