The Board of the NRCB has suspended the oral hearing scheduled for November 21, 2019 in Lethbridge, Alberta due to a sale pending on the property of one of the parties involved. This hearing was granted in Board Decision RFR 2019-01 / LA18058A, originally scheduled for June 18, 2019, rescheduled to July 24, 2019, then adjourned while the parties pursued Board mediation.
