The Board received one request to review NRCB approval officer's decision summary LA23003 which was denied to expand its existing (but not yet permitted) beef confined feeding operation located in Lethbridge County. The deadline for rebuttal submissions is 4:30 p.m. on November 6, 2023 after which the Board will consider whether a review should be granted.
