On February 4, 2020, the Board received a request to review an NRCB decision denying an application for a new multi-species confined feeding operation in Clear Hills County. The application was denied on January 31, 2020 because the proposed CFO is inconsistent with the land use provisions in the county’s municipal development plan. February 24, 2020 is the deadline to submit requests for Board review, after which a deadline for rebuttal submissions will be set. When the date for rebuttal submissions has closed the Board will consider whether a review should be granted.
