On December 2, 2019, the Board received a request to review an NRCB approval for expanding an existing dairy confined feeding operation in Ponoka County. December 11, 2019 is the deadline to submit requests for Board review, after which a deadline for rebuttal submissions will be set. When the date for rebuttal submissions has closed the Board will consider whether a review should be granted.
