NRCB Board Decision RFR 2019-07 / RA19016 was issued granting a Board review on December 17, 2019. The Board received the approval officer's submission on January 23, 2020. On February 11, 2020, the Kramers requested a submission extension to conduct testing to determine if the current lagoon is currently or has historically leaked. The Board granted an extension to March 12, 2020.
