Cougar Creek Project Update

On September 20, 2019 the NRCB issued a letter to the Town of Canmore indicating the NRCB’s acceptance of the Project Update: Addendum (filed on September 6, 2019) as a revised application for the Cougar Creek Debris Flood Retention Structure Project. The Board is proceeding with its public interest review of the project and will issue an addendum to its November 15, 2018 decision in the coming weeks. The November 15, 2018 Board decision issued on the project was suspended as a result of new information from the Town of Canmore.
