The Board of the NRCB has scheduled an oral hearing for November 21, 2019, at the Sandman Signature Lethbridge Lodge in Lethbridge, Alberta. The hearing is open to the public, and commences at 8:30 a.m. This hearing was granted in Board Decision RFR 2019-01 / LA18058A, originally scheduled for June 18, 2019, rescheduled to July 24, 2019, then suspended while the parties pursued Board mediation.
